These terms govern the use of the website content.nnelson.de and the associated TikTok channels @geopolitik60 (German) and @geopolitics60 (English), both operated by Connect IT by Niklas Nelson (contact details: see Impressum).
The videos on the TikTok channels are produced with AI assistance (text generation, voice synthesis, image generation) and reviewed editorially before each publication. Each video includes an AI transparency notice as required by Art. 50 of the EU AI Act.
Despite careful editorial review, we give no warranty for the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the content. The videos are intended for informational purposes. They are not advice of any kind (legal, financial, political or other).
Content is based on publicly available reporting by recognized news agencies (Reuters, AP, Politico, BBC, FAZ, Foreign Affairs, The Diplomat, and others). Sources are credited at the end of each video and linked in the TikTok caption where applicable.
Videos produced by this project are released under copyright by Connect IT by Niklas Nelson. Uploading to TikTok grants TikTok the rights as set out in TikTok's own Terms of Service. Any other re-publication requires prior written consent.
AI-generated images in the videos never depict real, identifiable persons (protected under Art. 22 KUG / German Personality Rights). Generic portrayals ("A European chancellor at a podium") may be used. Stock footage featuring identifiable persons is only used in neutral contexts and under the respective licence terms of Pexels, Pixabay or similar platforms.
This website and the TikTok channels may link to external websites. We have no control over the content of those external sites. Liability for external content rests solely with the respective operator.
